Having problems with Fantees Pty Ltd. Ordered on 9 August and nothing received as yet. Have tried the Resolution centre but it keeps saying error.
Is there any other way of contacting Paypal?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
Advice is voluntary.

Hi...did you go to the Resolution Centre online to report the non-receipt of your item? I ordered some mugs from MugBubble, around the same time as you, in response to an advert on Facebook. They are part of FANTEES PTY LTD. I wish I'd checked the reviews beforehand, as there are a lot of unhappy customers of that company out there, who haven't received their goods. Paypal escalated thecomplaint to a claim straightaway once they knew how long I'd been waiting, and gave them 14 days to respond to their email. Which they didn't...so now the case is at thge final stage, Under Review. It sounds like you encountered a software malfunction in getting "Error". Best thing is to call Paypal who will be able to start the case for you. This company is a total scam.
