I've had a PayPal Premier account for about 10 years and only today learned about "Micro Payments" on an eBay forum. Repeatedly went all over the PayPal website looking for more information (why is it such a well-kept secret??). I finally tracked it down to somewhere in "Fees," but the final link, "Apply Now" IS BROKEN, as has been pointed out on this forum before (in Nov. 2012, in a post that pointed out it hadn't been updated or fixed for THREE YEARS). This is the link that does nothing: https://micropayments.paypal-labs.com/ -- I've tried it in two browsers, and as is obvious from old OLD posts, it doesn't work for others either. HOW DOES ONE SIGN UP FOR MICROPAYMENTS? especially, how does one sign up to accept either regular payments or micropayments, depending on auction amount, and what if an item unexpectedly sells for more than $10 but micropayments is specified? (I apologize for yelling, but the unresponsiveness of PayPal is stunning, as is the way the program is buried and then only vaguely described and then can't even be accessed.) By the way, there is a post from 2010 asking this same question, with no reply! PayPal just doesn't want people to know about Micropayments or to sign up for them?
