This is a help board and not paypal customer services.   If you refuse delivery then you will have to file a dispute for non receipt of item and tracking will show you refused the item.   Double check the auction and see if it was listed in the "used" category or mentioned the item was not "new" if they did not say it was new you have to presume it is not.         ... Do you not agree that this system is a joke? The seller gets to pick and choose what they would like to do with my payment whilst I have no option but to wave goodbye to my money for 30 days? They are clearly not sending the item and I am out of pocket until the money is refunded. No doubt there will be no compensation for my money being placed in Paypals account accruing interest for 30 days? If after a week the seller has not accepted payment, the buyer should have the option to cancel their payment! Basic logic.   There is no cancel option and the paypal option was clearly there when the item was purchased. Yet again, paypal favouring the wrong person in this transaction... ... View more

Report all scams amd frauds to ActionFraud.police.uk, I have just done this online as the seller is scamming people using PayPal to get the money, once you fill in the questionnaire you get an email back with a crime number. I rang Sunderland police who told me about other complaints with this person. ... View more

Hi teddie, i will try and help you.   Go to contact us bottom of any paypal page > put in account probs and phone the number given. Now when you get through do not select or say any of the options > just hang on till you get through to an agent.   That way you won't go from option to option in a whirly-gig. ... View more

Do you know how long after the money leaves your account that paypal then release it to be refunded. I noticed that it has cleared my bank today and the seller refund part is complete so will it take 5-7 days from today when paypal pay it back?   kind regards   rhonda ... View more
