if you got the item back, the buyer is due a full refund regardless. You would lose that case if you are retaining both the item and the money. If postage and delivery address was an issue, you would work that out with your buyer directly in a new transaction. A non-deliverable item, even if it's the customer's fault for providing incorrect information, must be refunded because the buyer did not receive it. While that may have been the buyer's fault, there is no way to force them to pay you back for that I'm sorry to say. You may want to simply not sell to this person if they cannot give you proper shipping information. If you wish to renegotiate the shipping cost with the buyer due to the failed delivery, you would have your buyer put in a new transaction and cancel the original one. You can't hold the item and the money, because this is a failure of consideration. Once you get the item back, you must refund the buyer. It may seem unfair because it is costing you postage, but that is part of doing business. You took that risk when you decided to sell it online and ship it overseas. Good luck,
