Now it is called GlobalPost or something called like that. I've never agreed with those service but automatically the service was applied to ship to Canada. It should ship be shipped directly using the USPS label but it go to NJ and they relabeled (what?? I don't want to the 3rd party change the address I filled in and the custom). It was 7 days ago but the package is still Jamaica, NY. When I send directly, it was shipped directly Jamaica, NY and custom clearance. I asked PayPal to opt out the GlobalPost from my international shipping. This is like the GSP of eBay but the eBay case is they give a huge discount but this PayPal shipstation GlobalPost don't give any discount. It was same with the Click in ship price. I really don't know when my buyer can receive the package (just sending to Canada takes so long).

@kenaus87 You are totally missing the point. What they are doing is 100% unethical and corporate greed. Paypal is NOT doing anything for us. It's their job to adhere to state and government rules and their job to collect. We did not ask to collect sales tax. Would you be OK with banks charging extra fees on your mortgage per month or any business collecting extra fees to help with store mainteneance, employee salaries, etc.? It is bad enough they double dipped when they charged fees on eBay then again by using PayPal AND when they collected extra money on shipping charges!

Same problem here. Downloading the statement is useless as it doesn't include the balance. I have been going nuts trying to reconcile PayPal records for last year with my accounting system, until I discovered that PayPal is actually computing incorrect balances. I narrowed one discrepancy down to the starting and ending balance for one day with just a couple of transactions, and PayPal's math is off. How can this be?!! Please let us know if you find a resolution to this obvious bug.

What is a third party bank? And Why how does a bank make that type of a decision? Did you have a day so? What if you sold a item and buyer loses the case in the appeal, and you dont want your items back?

Hi friend Cocoresort. I agreed with the buyer to refund the money but not the shipping cost. I had a other similar case after few months. But I appealed the case in Ebay, and I kept completely my money. I thought that there are a lot of automatic answer from Ebay and Paypal, So, you have to communicate in some case two or three times to appeal the dispute. I have few bad experiences, but I am selling because there are more benefits. Hugs, See you

Wow, I thought I was just a moron for not seeing a link to a very basic item that is included on every balance sheet ever created in the history of balance sheets....that is, of course unless you work for the counter-intuitive crew at PayPal. Glad to see it's just a giant scheme to be a pain in the **bleep** while making it impossible for people to gain real-time access to their money. This can't be legal. WTF PayPal, I thought eBay was the evil side of your old partnership. Clearly they were the brains behind the operation. You are horrible. Then you try to sell me a business account...shame on you.

Welcome to the boards!
If the number is a requirement for your shipping vendor, one option you may consider is requesting in the listing that international buyers provide their phone number in the notes section of the payment. This way, you can ship the next day!
Thanks!
