I had a buyer who bought an item of my eBay listings and chose International Express mail.
Express is express, the buyer expect prompt shipping from us and they paid the expensive shipping cost.
What problem is now eBay does not give the buyer's contact information to seller (they used to give but not now).
USPS reuire the buyer's TEL No. if it is EXPRESS for correct delivery.
eBay tells us that you have to contact the buyer and get the TEL No. from the buyer directly.
Contacting buyer and get the response takes at least 2-3 days and how can we ship the Express mail on the next day?

If the number is a requirement for your shipping vendor, one option you may consider is requesting in the listing that international buyers provide their phone number in the notes section of the payment. This way, you can ship the next day!
