Dear PayPal, I hope this message reaches you in good health. However, I must express my deep frustration and disappointment with your recent actions regarding my account. I have done absolutely nothing wrong, yet my account has been banned without any valid explanation. I live in the UAE and work as a freelancer. I added all of my legitimate details to the account, and for that, you’ve chosen to suspend it. Why? If your platform does not support users outside the USA, then stop advertising it globally. This is deceptive and morally wrong. To make matters worse, during my last interaction with one of your so-called representatives, I was told my account had been compromised. He then asked me to send $500 to resolve the issue. It turned out this individual was part of a scam. Why is PayPal not taking serious action against those impersonating your company? Instead, you’re penalizing honest users like myself. PayPal’s lack of oversight and accountability in these fraudulent schemes makes it seem as though your company is complicit in them. It is my hard-earned money at stake, and yet PayPal is doing nothing to protect users like me. I demand a refund of the $500 I lost and immediate reactivation of my account. If you need any legal documentation from me to verify my identity, I am more than willing to provide it. I expect prompt action and a clear explanation as to why PayPal is failing to safeguard its users.
