Yes. Working....just sent out 100. But we've still got thousands in retry, and since the retry period is exponentially longer, it might take a while for the queue to empty... Fingers crossed. In any case, don't expect apology, explanation or acknowledgment from PayPal.

The worst part is that the regular Webhooks from the Rest APIs which can also be configured to receive events ARE working, and they are using the SAME IPs that were being used by the IPNs. So clearly, it is not an issue with our IPs or domains being unresponsive, it has to do with some blocking or filtering at the IPN level that Paypal has introduced to its outgoing requests. Roll it back PayPal and fix it!

Still no reply from PayPal...and still hundreds of IPNs retrying... These are going to timeout soon, and then it is going to be worse! Anybody at PayPal can do something? Thanks!

PayPal has some major issue with its IPNS as of 24 hours at least, and they are not doing much about it. Check out the other threads.. I've opened support cases, but there is no response....

Yes, this is happening again. Various others have posted in other threads. PayPal is sticking their head in the sand like and ostrich and saying nothing about it.... Status page says all is operational when it clearly is not...

Yes! Same here! Happened 2-3 days ago, and then again today! We usually get IPNs from 2 different IPs. One ends in 140 and one in 65. We are now only seeing a few IPNs come in thru 65, but none via 140. This is clearly a PayPal issue NOT showing up on the status board.
