Hello, so I have been reading on forum about this and everyone keeps saying dont forget to escalate to a claim but after 10 days I dont see that option. Maybe that happened automatically as it says "we are reviewing your case and will let you know about our final decision". Am I missing something or is everything as it is supposed to be and now I just have to wait?

I believe I did if I remember correctly. I think first i clicked on "I want a refund" and then "non receipt of item" Edit: I am just curious does paypal really refund in these situations or should I say goodbye to my money.
