Thanks for your response. The problem have is that I can never log into the PayPal site to contact them…. Can log in to pay or into this forum no problem, but they tell me that they cannot verify my login when I try to make contact - it’s pretty appalling customer service that they make it so hard to get in touch. I will just contact my credit card company to sort out a refund and will try very hard not to ever have to use PayPal again. Really do appreciate you taking the time to try to help. Thank you

Cant get a reply on phone, won’t accept my login to email (but WILL accept my login when I want to make a payment). Any ideas? Made a payment using PayPal over a month ago, no goods received, no response from seller…. PayPal seem to be just as impossible to reach. If anyone has an email address or a complaints address that works, would be hugely grateful. Thank you
