Please know that whenever there is a payment hold, you will receive a notification regarding the release date. You will need to wait till the time frame gets over. Because releasing the payment holds is an automated process and it happens automatically by our internal security system. But you can also release your payment hold in another easiest way. If the buyer confirms the receipt of the item, then your funds will be released instantly. I hope you have successfully linked a new bank account and it is confirmed with PayPal. If yes and you still experiencing an issue, then it might be due to any possible reasons. Please know that when you add/transfer money from bank to PayPal, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the completion. The business days does not include weekends and banking holidays. You will receive a notification once the funds are added to your PayPal account balance. Please know that the payment method gets declined if the card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction. I request you to check with your card issuer or bank to know what is the issue and if you can still use the card or bank to make a payment. If yes, please try again completing the transaction. Hi @nermpezerova, Thank you for your post. I understand you would like to know if you can receive payments to your business PayPal account without a bank account, credit or debit card linked to it. Please know that anyone can send you money using your email address and name and you will receive it in your PayPal account balance when the send. To receive money in to your account, your account should be successfully verified and email address must be confirmed. I would like to inform you that if both the items were purchased together, then only one transaction will be created for it. You can just pay your vendor the total amount of the transaction you see on their website. When you place an order, you will see the total amount you need to pay to your vendor.
