PayPal payment declined.

I have had a PayPal payment declined and it said it was an issue with PayPal. I have confirmed my identity and there is money in the linked account. It has worked before.

Thank you for your post. I understand your payment method is being declined.

Please know that the payment method gets declined if the card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction. I request you to check with your card issuer or bank to know what is the issue and if you can still use the card or bank to make a payment. If yes, please try again completing the transaction. In case the same issue persists, I suggest you to use a different funding source.
