I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused your business. The HTML code in your shopping cart buttons under the 'Postage' section determines the shipping costs added to a transaction. To offer free postage, you'd want to select 'Use specific amount' and enter 0.00 as the amount. Hi @mblumenfeld,   Thank you for posting on PayPal's Community Forum. At this time, we don't offer the option to use the same link to send an invoice to multiple customers. This allows you to track the status of each PayPal invoice that is sent. However, you can create an invoice template that will allow you to add your contact information as well as the details about the services you are providing at the click of a button.   I hope this helps!   - Marina ... Hi @elle49,   Thank you for posting in PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand how a notification like this can cause concern and would like to help in any way possible. When a case is filed on PayPal stating an item is significantly not as described, we reach out to the merchant for their response. If the merchant disagrees with the claim, we may need evidence from the buyer to prove the claim. Please note that the personal information your bank has, such as your name, must match the name on your PayPal account.
