Hi. I'm a first time PayPal user. My uncle sent me alot of money but according to an email i got from PayPal "you won't receive the money in your PayPal account on till this payment has been cleared by you, ask the sender how can you clear this payment in just 24hrs so it won't be declined. Transaction fee= $500" ..... The problem is i dont have $500 to complete the transaction. is there another way to get my money or is there a way you can just give my uncles money back to him?
