I have tryed Facebook, but guess what, the answer there is managed by a bot 🙂 asking standard questions and giving no answers obviously, and who is finally redirecting you on the help page of Paypal 🙂 So it goes back to the first step. But it gave me an idea, I am going to contact Paypal people on Linkedin, I will find someone who will be surprised that I have to reach them this way ... View more

By the way how do we contact support ??  When we click on help we are offered different option, one is "Contact Us", and when we click on it we go back to Help !!! Everything is done to avoid any contact with customers ! This is total non sense, is there a real human in this company that we can contact ??   Anyone from Paypal here ? ... View more

I have a payment on hold for a week, the customer is a Paypal certified customer with a certified UK address. At the beginning the message was "complete your tracking order to get your money in 1-day", I have entered the Fedex tracking number that shows now that the goods have been DELIVERED. Still, the money is on hold after more than a week after delivery. WHAT SHOULD I DO ? It's stunning that a company like Paypal suddenly blocks a customer account WITHOUT any notification, just to ask for legal documents like proof of registration, proof of address, etc... I have no problem to provide these documents but why don't you ask them in advance and let the account run ?? Not only you don't notify BEFORE that you will need these documents, but you don't even notify AFTER the account was blocked !!! We learned from customers that our account was limited, in other words blocked, because they could not process their payments, that's how we learn it ! We received plenty of mail from Paypal for stuff of low interest, and you cannot send a mail saying "Hey, your account has been blocked" ??? Sometimes, I really wonder if someone at Paypal pays attention to this, or if you care at your customer at all... ... View more

In August 2020 I had a refund from a supplier, the original transaction was not made on paypal but paid with another credit card before I opened my paypal account. For this refund I gave my paypal account for the refund because I just had opened it. The money has arrived, and I received a mail that the payment was on hold because our company account was new. In the meantime we have certified our credit cards for our payments, so far so good. Now we are in January 2021 and the amount of this August 2020 transaction is no longer on our balance. I checked the transaction history and the three options I have for this transaction are "Ship" "Refund" "Archive". I have clicked on "Ship" to see what happens and now it shows "Track" ! This is not a shipment, it's a refund, why do I have to manage a shipment status ?? Now the question is where is this money, why is it not on our balance account ? Txs PS: Where is Paypal hotline to send this kind of claim ? I spent 20 minutes trying to find a link where we can contact someone, but no...first time I have to make a request, but you guys have a terrible customer service... ... View more

Dear All, The Paypal Express process on mobile allows the customer to go directly to the credit card payments (after providing email) with the option to sign up if he doesn't have yet a Paypal account. On desktop the same process requires to log in or to click on "create an account", it's not the same experience from a customer point of view. Why is it like that ? Is there any way to harmonize both experiences ? Txs ... View more
