I understand the whole COVID pandemic that’s been going on, I’m a firm believer that’s for sure. But I feel as though PayPal is dragging it, as far as their customer service goes. All big companies (Amazon, eBay, etc) has their customer service up & running and we are able to talk to a rep regarding any issues we have. PayPal is holding onto folks money that really need it the most & they respond to people every 3 days via the message center if there are any discrepancies. I’m on a current 72 hour transfer hold after a sale on eBay & due to all the threads I’ve been reading, I stand unsure if I my funds will be released within that time frame. Frustrating to say the least & the CSR are no help.
