Hi folks, I am facing this issue 2 days ago with my account while I am trying to withdraw my money to bank account. I have try to dig all the information in the help community but it doesn't help me out. Basically this issue happen because I have to confirm my identity. 1) PP required me to confirm my identity as my PP balance reached to certain amount and request me to submit some documents for them to review. However, I am not able to do that because I had submitted those documents to PP in 4-5 months ago. Therefore, it doesn't have the upload button for me to send them the required documents. Anyone of you know that how can I solve this issue? or perhaps how can I resubmit to document to them? Please refer to attachment below (I had seen this message for more than 5 months now and never receive any update from PP). 2) I have try to contact them via Facebook but live agent service has been stopped because of Covid-19 Pandemic. I also have try to contact them via twitter and receive no response from them for 2 days. I have also try to contact them by calling them straightaway and no live agent are able to service at the moment due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Did anyone of you know that how can I talk to a PP live agent directly at this moment? Thanks everyone. P/S: There is no case opened in my resolution center. P/S 2: I am from Malaysia and it seem like PP doesn't have any customer support center nor contact number in Malaysia. I had make my call to Australia, Singapore, US and Japan PP Support center. Up to now, all I can is only talking to a robot but not a human. Latest Update: I had resubmit all the document via www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc. Can anyone confirm that the link is legit and useful under this situation?
