I understand the inportance of this. Since its already been 8 days. There are 2 possibilities. If the money is pending in your account, then it must be an eCheck funded payment where it probably takes 7-10 working days before it completes. But if the money is simply in your balance wherw you can see it and was on hold since then, you can simply contact Customer Service and provide them the name of the courier and the tracking details so that they can update the payment for you, only on the instance that you have shipped the item out, and if eligible, maybe even release it for availability if the buyer has already received the item. Normally its 24 hours after confirmed delivery will the money be available, if you have provided the tracking details beforehand. If the buyer however, collected the item personally or it was something intangible service or program, communicate with the sender and have them confirm the receipt of the payment in their account that they have already received something from you.
