Enough is enough! It is time that PayPal did the honerable thing and revisited ALL the Yuhan closed cases and used some of their massive proffits to reimburse ALL their Yuhan customers. Also show that they have made some effort to have them prosecuted for fraud. Have Yunhan PayPal accounts been frozen? If not maybe it is time for the PayPal Community to show some solidarity and organise a mass boycott of PayPal. E E ... View more

Incorrect item received - dispute

In my dispute is a message asking me to respond to their message requesting return of the incorrect item. The response form has only a box to fill in with the tracking no. and nothing else. I want to respond, not with a tracking no., but with a message that before returning the item I will require the refund of my payment plus an additional "$30 for postage. How therefore do give them their requested "response" within the dispute format? John Gaff ... View more

Does anyone know when a supplier is actually payed by PayPal? Is it immediately the initial transaction is completed or is it after a period of time to allow for any dispute? I think it is time that in ALL Internet transactions, particularly international ones, monies should be held by an intermediary until the customer is satisfied with their purchase. ... View more

Re: MUNCH'S STORE, TOOLBOX, SALES CON, RIPP OFF

As the order was with MUNCH but the invoice was from and payment to Yunhan. I Emailed them and said that as they received the money they were responsible for refunding my money. I received a reply from a Mennithorp Jayanthony which politely told me to "Go Fish". At least I now had a name to get my teeth into! I replied saying that by accepting the payment they had entered into a legal contract to supply the correct goods. If I was to sue for "Breach of contract" I would win case and not only be awarded my payment but also substantial damages and costs. Within two days the money was credited to my PayPal account. At least I now have a blow up "Jiffy Bag' for my efforts!!! Will now learn the lesson" If it's too good to be true etc. "!!!! Probably the biggest mistake was not returning the blow up bag (a small amount of semtex would have fitted inside nicely. ... View more

Had the same problem with a MUNCH order (see my post under MUNCH CON) where invoice was from and payment to Yunhan.
