MUNCH'S STORE, TOOLBOX, SALES CON, RIPP OFF

Has anyone purchased a twelve tool toolbox from MUNCH'S STORE and after waiting four weeks carefully following the tracking number advised finally received a tiny padded envelope with a blow up plastic bag inside????!?

I have had a similar issue with two other companies that are based in China I tried to order an avatar doll for my daughter's birthday and a unicorn raft for their pool for the summer and I saw the missed you like you said over 2 months ago and all the sudden they close it did not refund me my money for the items I did not receive I'm very livid and I'm about to say f*** PayPal since they can't do their damn job and they're in cahoots with the **bleep** Chinese people who do business and fraud people

Bad News Paypal suddenly changed the status of my case to "Case Closed" using the excuse of "No reply from customer" to some fictious question they claim they asked me. Now became impossible to deal with them as any further comms on this case was blocked. Looks like PayPal is on an "earner" from MUNCH for dismissing any claims. GOOD NEWS post to follow!!

Good News Check out my post under Yunhan scam

As the order was with MUNCH but the invoice was from and payment to Yunhan. I Emailed them and said that as they received the money they were responsible for refunding my money. I received a reply from a Mennithorp Jayanthony which politely told me to "Go Fish". At least I now had a name to get my teeth into! I replied saying that by accepting the payment they had entered into a legal contract to supply the correct goods. If I was to sue for "Breach of contract" I would win case and not only be awarded my payment but also substantial damages and costs. Within two days the money was credited to my PayPal account. At least I now have a blow up "Jiffy Bag' for my efforts!!! Will now learn the lesson" If it's too good to be true etc. "!!!! Probably the biggest mistake was not returning the blow up bag (a small amount of semtex would have fitted inside nicely.
