Do you remember the name of the agent that gave you the refund as I honestly believe it's the luck of the drawer, dependant on which agent you get as some are clearly more understandable and nice. ... @Netherviking yeah nor mine, case been closed but I've still been complaining to them via chat and just last week an agent who I hadn't dealt with before actually gave me an email address to report the scammer. I did try adding it on here so that others could report it too but PayPal obviously didn't want me doing that for some strange reason as it wouldn't let me post it 😡. Anyway I did report it but whether it will actually make any difference is anybody's guess, I didn't get any sort of acknowledgement so who knows? ... View more

@Billh1948 indeed, but as so many people have already fallen foul of this scamming seller (I am sure there are many others who have just taken the hit and not been on here to vent), they shouldn't still be able to use PayPal, they should of been blocked by PayPal months ago imop (and many other's opinion too). Therefore PayPal are definitely complicit in this fraudulent activity, they can spout the terms and conditions all they like but at the end of the day they aren't protecting us at all (imop anyway lol). ...
