THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MISSTAKE IM FED UP OF TALKING TO AN UNHELPFUL AUTOMATED ROBOT IF ANYONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS IN PAYPAL READS THIS MESSAGE CONTACT ME AND ASSIST ME IN GETTING BACK MY MONEY THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND GET TAKEN TO COURT FOR THIS UNLAWFULNESS THEY SAY SEND DETAILS THEN WHEN YOU DO THAT THEY SAY SEND EVEN MORE DETAILS THEN WHEN YOU SEND MORE THEY SAY THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THEY TELL YOU TO CONTACT THEM VIA THE MESSAGE CENTRE WHICH THEN TELLS TOU TO CONTACT THEM DURING WORKING HOURS WHEN YOUR ACTUALLY CONTACTING THEM DURING WORKING HOURS THIS HAS BEEN TEN MONTHS OF STRESS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PAYPAL.

Has anyone spoken to a LIVE Helpful PayPal agent that was actually a HUMAN BEING anywhere in the WORLD I’ve contacted paypal Ireland, Scotland, USA, Philippines & the UK & still can’t get any useful helpful information on how to get my money back paypal has unlawfully held onto for over TEN MONTHS now if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction please do so this is the worse service in history. Never would I have thought that I’d be ripped off by a big reputable company like paypal makes me sick to my stomach absolutely rip offs THIS IS UNLAWFUL

paypal have unlawfully held on to my money for 10 months I’ve sent Over 21 emails Nobody has given me any useful information I’ve been responded to by an Italian automated message Ive messaged paypal on twitter Still nothing I’ve messaged paypal on instagram they said to directly message my problem which I’ve done still no reply. Spoke to an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING at paypal credit services they put me on hold & then cut me off when they’re “apparently” trying to connect me internally

Has anyone spoke to a LIVE AGENT post lockdown. Anyone know how to speak to a LIVE AGENT & not a robot in the uk. Any one know when PayPal will RE OPEN their customer service phone lines in UK or the world for that matter ??

Yes & then it says it cannot transfer me to a live agent then disconnects When was the last time u spoke to a person in PayPal ?

Does anybody have an idea when PayPal will open the customer service phone line. PayPal have frozen my money for almost 8 months now I’ve added all the necessary info still to no avail. Does anyone know how to speak to an actual human being & not an automated robot.
