Does anybody have an idea when PayPal will open the customer service phone line. PayPal have frozen my money for almost 8 months now I’ve added all the necessary info still to no avail. Does anyone know how to speak to an actual human being & not an automated robot.
You mean when you call, you get a bot? Every time I call, I just say "customer service" after every prompt until they transfer me to a live agent. Their automated responses never make any sense to me; they never have the actual option I'm looking for.
