HELLO ALL. please help me, so I have a account that I have used for a while now. I recently had to update my email address and contact number.. (that part may be irrelevant) it wouldn't let me send money or withdraw to my bank. so I spent from 9am on the 18th till 4.45pm waiting for paypal to talk on the chat. she told me I had a limitation so I sorted that and she said in 24hours my account would be back to normal... more than 24hoursletterandim still getting a error when I withdraw.. I have also spent most of today trying to contact the customer service but it was impossible to contact anyone to help... thank you
