This is ridiculous for 3days I have been trying to contact PayPal BECUASE I CANT WITHDRAW TO MY BANK AND GETTING NO HELP AT ALL

I have still not had no contact. I got told at 4pm yesterday I would be able to withdraw in 24hours and it's still not letting me.. it womt even let me now add another bank account or send money to another PayPal
