I got the same packet of smiley faces, dropshipped from California. At the suggestion of someone in this "community", I direct messaged Paypal and just got an email from my credit card company that I got my money back. Am now going to drop my Paypal account. They have no intention as far as I can tell of ending this scam. Good luck to you! ... View more

I filed a dispute, first. Got an automated reply. Then I direct messaged through Twitter @Paypal, and actually got  conversation with a real live person(s). Then I got an email saying they had resolved the disputed claim in my favor. Still haven't seen the credit to may card, but I have my fingers crossed... Good Luck! ... View more

The USFITWEAR website is STILL up and running, and displaying the PayPal logo on their website! Does anyone know if PayPal is still allowing them to bill "customers" through PayPal? IF so, PayPal clearly knows that this is a fraudulent website--numerous customers have complained, and they are, in my opinion, complicit in this illegal activity. I think that, at the very least, they should have worked with Google to shut them down for continuing to use the PayPal logo on their website.  ... View more

I would like to help you out, but they said that I'm getting a refund, so I don't have an ax to grind at this point.  I hope that you are successful in your actions against Paypal, in my opinion, they have been irresponsible if not complicit in this scam.  I think that there may be other websites conducting a similar scam using Paypal.   ... I was looking for a new coffee maker, found this website with an incredible buy. Googled it and found out that it is also a scam website, using Paypal. Note the similar name. OMG.  I just got an envelope in the mail a few minutes ago with a strip of smiley faces in it, and I thought "what the heck is this"?  It has a USPS tracking code and came from Ontario, CA. It says "10152 shipper only not seller" on the return address.  Someone in the Community told me to contact Paypal by direct message through Twitter. I did and they approved my refund yesterday--but said it will take about 5 days to process.  My account at US Fitwear still shows my April 28th order as "processing".   Paypal was negligent in picking up this scam and in stopping it, and I told them so via Twitter. Even sent them the BBB story about it. Maybe they don't want to stop it. As soon as I get my refund, I'm closing out my Paypal account. File a claim/dispute and wait for a response, takes about 3-4 weeks. If that fails, try direct messaging them through Twitter. Good luck, hope you get your money back. I did. ... View more
