Hi, I'm having the exact same problem. I already have a linked card, its shown in my paypal account when i log in. But when it comes to checking out on eBay, it doesn't matter how many times i try to add the card informations, its always end up with the same page and i can't complete logging in to paypal to finish my eBay purchase. I find out many users having this problem but you are not offering any usefull solution. What you are saying is already written in Help Center but unfortunately it doesn't help us. I hope this problem will be solved soon. Thank you inadvanced.
