My pad  has gone off today but been fine all week.  Came to buy another item from one of the sellers I bought from earlier in the week.  pad ok then but today have had to use bank account so it cant be that seller does not have pad available.....  I dont have another email but if I created one and added it do you think its worth a try.   I love pad as you can manage purchases much better. ... Hi, I am having the same issue of it taking me to the Paypal summary page when I try to checkout using Paypal using my paypal balance and I have to click on the back button in the browser to complete the purchase. This has only started to occur since the new look Paypal page came in which suggests its a bug in the new code as it happens on whether one touch is enabled or not and in different web browsers Firefox and Chrome ... Hi @Mbkjelly999    If after confirming your email address and you still not receive the money, it is possible that the sender may sent the payment to the wrong email address or spelled your email incorrectly or entered the incorrect phone number. Please confirm with the sender the exact spelling of the email address or phone number they sent the payment to. If it was sent to the wrong one, you can add up to eight email addresses to your account. Once you confirm the email address, the payment will appear immediately.   I hope it helps! ... View more

Hi @silvostari    Did you try doing it from the Resolution Center? Try to go to  Wallet at the top of the page. Select the card that needs to be confirmed.   How do I confirm a debit or credit card that I've linked to my PayPal account?  I hope this information helps!  ... View more
