If it's showing as 'Completed,' check the email address where the payment was sent and provide it to your friend. Hi @Mbkjelly999 If after confirming your email address and you still not receive the money, it is possible that the sender may sent the payment to the wrong email address or spelled your email incorrectly or entered the incorrect phone number. Please confirm with the sender the exact spelling of the email address or phone number they sent the payment to. If it was sent to the wrong one, you can add up to eight email addresses to your account. Once you confirm the email address, the payment will appear immediately. I hope it helps!

Hi @hazemehsan Welcome to PayPal community. PayPal is country specific, as such, adding your phone number in Egypt to your PayPal account in Belgium is not possible. If you moved abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account. If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account. I hope it helps!
