I want to add my phone number but now I reside in Egypt and I cannot get out of it because of the Corona virus (Covid 19) and the phone registered in my account now I do not have it because this is my phone number in Belgium and I am not using it now ... PayPal is country specific, as such, adding your phone number in Egypt to your PayPal account in Belgium is not possible.
If you moved abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account. If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account.
