Hi @ShadowRevan20    If the status of the original payments you sent are completed but your seller said that they initiated it March 26, it is possible that they sent the refund as a new payment. In this case, I suggest getting back to your seller and ask if they sent it to your email address or phone number. If they sent it to the same email address registered to your account, kindly have it confirmed to receive it. If they sent it to your phone number, kindly have your phone confirmed to received it. If they sent it to an incorrect email address that doesn’t exist, have the seller cancel the transaction and advise them to issue a refund. I have provided the steps below, that you can forward to your seller on how to refund the original payments you sent.   Here's how to refund a payment: Click Activity at the top of the page. Select the payment you want to refund. Click Refund this payment. Under "Total Refund Amount," enter the amount you want to refund (you may have the option to refund a partial amount of the payment), and then click Issue Refund (you'll be directed to a page confirming that your refund has been sent). Please check here the possible reasons why your card payment won’t go through.  Regarding the PayPal code you are trying to get to confirm your card, please note that it can take a few days for the code to appear on your card statement online. PayPal will send a $1.95 USD charge to your card. The charge appears on your card statement with a 4-digit code and the word PAYPAL.  For more information, please visit How do I confirm a debit or credit card that I've linked to my PayPal account? Hi @Imehdavid    Welcome to PayPal community.  Please note that once a payment has been completed, we can no longer cancel or stopped it.  We recommend communicating with your seller first to work out a problem transaction. Hi @ShadowRevan20    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  If your refunds are still not showing on your PayPal cash account and the status both showing as Pending, it means that the sellers issued the refund using money from their bank which has not cleared yet. This process takes 3-5 business days to complete. Hi @mashedpotaton8r    Welcome to PayPal community.  If you've tried to link your credit or debit card, but received an error message, kindly check Here for possible reasons.   To make payment using the card that is already linked to your PayPal account, kindly select PayPal as your payment method at eBay checkout and enter your PayPal account information. Hi @todaltenburg    Welcome to PayPal community.   Yout payment will be instant if it’s funded by your PayPal balance or card. The recipient will get the money right away.  If your payment was funded by eCheck, it usually takes up to up to 6 business days to clear and the money to appear in the recipient’s PayPal account. An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer from your bank account to another customer’s PayPal account. Hi @dodiyatech    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.   If it's been longer than 7 business days that you haven't received your withdrawal and the funds hasn't been returned to your PayPal balance, please contact us and provide us with the transaction ID. We’ll help you trace the missing funds. In the case if your withdrawal fails because the bank account information is incorrect, or your bank account doesn’t accept electronic funds transfer, your funds will be returned to your PayPal balance. If a withdrawal is returned, a fee of 295 INR (250 + 18 %GST) will be charged to cover for the returned transfer. Hi @naeem555    I can assure that, we always required our sellers to ship out the item as soon as they recrieve the payment, regardless if its an eBay transaction or not.  As long as you pay with PayPal, PayPal Purchase / Buyer Protection covers you in case there is a problem.
