Hi @ryoko-1234    Welcome to PayPal community.  It is not possible to change your address to a country that is different from the country you used when you opened your account. The laws applicable to PayPal accounts differ by country. If you moved abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account. If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account.   I hope this information helps! ... View more

Hi @seligul    Welcome to PayPal community.  There are some other ways to recover your negative balance.  Receive a payment: When you receive a new payment into your PayPal account, we'll deduct the amount to set-off your negative balance.   Send a payment: When you make a payment, we'll add your "negative balance" amount to the same transaction. For instance, if your PayPal balance is -$10USD and you're paying $20USD for a purchase, your card will be charged $30USD. You can see the payment breakdown information of both your online purchase and the negative balance paid on the "Transaction Details" page.   I hope it helps! ... View more

Thanks for your reply JD5261.   I checked your link: - When I checked my email address it said it has to be confirmed by adding a 2nd email, which I did. And then the 2nd email is unconfirmed !!    Why would I have to add more than one email anyway ? - Since I want to pay with CC (preferred payment option) my balance is zero and I don't have a bank link. - If my card is limited, where do I see the limitations, and how do I remove them ?   I tried again to send money and I get this screen:   https://imgur.com/a/omt1iKk    When I check the "Send money now" button, nothing happens.   I honestly are clueless what to do now.       ... Hi @monst4h7    A limited account means that you won’t be able to do certain things with your PayPal account. For example, you might not be able to send or withdraw money. Kindly go to your Resolution Centre for more information on why the limitation was placed and how it can be removed.
