I DID try to open a dispute on ebay, but I couldn't! After I entered proof, SEND button was greyed-out and couldn't send anything. Why PayPal has the option to keep the product and enter a reduced amount of what you paid then? It doesn't make sense. Now I have a bad product and no money and PayPal and ebay won't help me. Please, I need to talk to a human operator. I am having trouble with an ebay seller dispute. PayPal automated service is not helping me. I bought an item from ebay, product is defective, I tried to open a case on ebay, got an error, open a dispute on PayPal. When I opened the dispute, I mentioned on PayPal that I want to keep the broken product and get a partial refund, not because I have any need for it, but because return is very expensive from me to seller. I want to cut my losses. PayPal accepted this and solved in my favor, but now they are asking me to send the unit back and receive a partial refund. This will cost me more money, I specifically said the low ask from me is because I don't want to send the unit back, because it's too expensive for me to ship it back. Hi,   I paid for a product via PayPal. A credit card is attached to the PayPal account. I paid 35.59 USD for the product and my credit card was deducted 155.35 LEI (my local currency). The seller refunded me the whole 35.59 USD motivating it's not worth for him the trouble, although THAT was his listed price. Anyway, PayPal is returning only 147.97 LEI to my credit card. That's not what I paid for. It's 7.38 lei short. In the past PayPal refunded me the whole sum. What can I do? I didn't find a PayPal email address to complain.   Thanks. ... View more

Hi, I opened a dispute on January 21st. The deadline for PayPal to solve this is 14 days. Since I opened the dispute, the deadline move forward many times, now it's February 7th. I bought a product from a Chinese vendor, payed for it and never got it. The product has a tracking number, but it was send to a wrong address. I opened a dispute on February 3rd, PayPal stated they are waiting an answer from the seller, but now it's February 25th and no answer from PayPal.
