I bought a product from a Chinese vendor, payed for it and never got it. The product has a tracking number, but it was send to a wrong address. I opened a dispute on February 3rd, PayPal stated they are waiting an answer from the seller, but now it's February 25th and no answer from PayPal. Deadline on estimate case resolve is constantly moving. When will I get the money back ? PayPal states that they have the buyers covered.
