Hi, I opened a dispute on January 21st. The deadline for PayPal to solve this is 14 days. Since I opened the dispute, the deadline move forward many times, now it's February 7th. This is more than 14 days, it's not according to the rules. This way they can postpone indefinitely. What is to be done?
