Hi there, @HugoHarvest.   Welcome to the Community!   I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you regarding the business name that you want to be showing on your transactions. A business name will always be shown to buyers that purchase items from you, once a Business Account has been created. If your personal name is being sent to buyers, it sounds like you might have a Personal Account on PayPal. When you log in, you should be advised if you have a Personal or Business Account. If you have a Business Account, you can update your trading name, and this will be the name shown to buyers that purchase items from you. If you go to the 'Settings' page on PayPal, you can update a trading name through your account.  I hope this helps.  David.  ... Hey @deanveale.  Welcome to the Community!   I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties with a refund that you were due to receive from your PayPal account. Depending on how the original payment was funded, there are different ways that the refund can be credited. Hey @CeeCee1965.   Welcome to the Community!   I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you regarding the money that you are trying to get back.   If you have purchased an item and have not received anything, you can open a dispute for an Item Not Received through your Resolution Centre on PayPal.    When you do this, we will contact the merchant to let them know that you are disputing the transaction, and they will be asked for more information about the item that was purchased. Hi there @mgodshane   Welcome to the Community!   If you have funds in your PayPal account that you would like to be transferred to Gcash, you would firstly need to link both accounts. Hey @Copndaddy.    Welcome to the Community!   I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing difficulties with a merchant that you purchased from. If there are a lot of disputes filed against a merchant, we would take the appropriate action to prevent them using PayPal in the future.    If you have filed a dispute on this transaction through your Resolution Centre on PayPal, you will be notified via email when there are any further updates. If you don't have a photo id, we would advise you to provide a copy of a birth certificate through your account as an alternative document. Hey @Weeko.    Welcome to the Community.   The only way that you can change what information buyer see when they send a payment to you, is if you have a Business Account.   When you have a Business Account, only the business name on PayPal will be provided to the buyer when they send you a payment.
