If you have been asked to verify your information by providing photo id and proof of address, this would need to be provided before you will be able to use your account again. If you don't have a photo id, we would advise you to provide a copy of a birth certificate through your account as an alternative document. Once this has been done, you will then be notified via email as soon as there is any new updates.
