You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards to make PayPal payments with PayPal. To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved. Sometimes these security precautions affect good transactions and good customers such as yourself. We only ask you for essential information when you sign up to PayPal, but as you transact with us we're under a legal obligation to know more about you. When you verify your account you're proving that you own the financial details added to your account. You can either add and confirm your bank account or, if you prefer, you can add and confirm your debit or credit card to your PayPal account to get it verified.
