Hi SUHAILA, If I've read your post correctly, you paid for the boots directly with a PayPal credit card (instead of the PayPal 'Send Money' service). As I've never had a PayPal credit card, I'm not familiar with the procedure for disputing a transaction. Is it not explained in the terms and conditions document that would have been supplied with the credit card? Anyway, I presume that you tried the following: Signed-in to PayPal and clicked Resolution Centre (Under the My Account tab) Clicked the Dispute a Transaction button Selected "Item dispute: I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described" and clicked the Continue button Clicked the Find transaction ID button (next to the Enter transaction ID text box) Looked for the transaction for your boots in the history window that popped up, but were unable to find it - hence couldn't click the Transaction ID number. If that is the case, then you will require assistance from PayPal Customer Services to open your dispute. I've never had a problem getting past PayPal's automated system, to speak to a representative. This is all that was necessary: Obtain PayPal's telephone number and a Secure Web PIN by clicking the CONTACT US button on the PayPal home page, followed by Call Us and then the Call PayPal Customer Service link Dial the number given and enter the PIN when prompted Follow the menus using the telephone keypad or say 'Agent' when prompted for a verbal input Alternatively, you might try something that works with many other automated systems: Simply do not respond to any prompts (apart from entering your PIN) - just wait for the message "Please hold while we connect you to a representative" (or words to that effect). Good luck.
