I have received some money from my friend in germany knowing that i live in UAE however the amount is on hold because its a new account however i have few questions 1-if i refund the amount to my friend will the fees be refunded too? 2-do i really have to wait 21 days before the amount is available to use? 3- Is there any suggestion to get the amount faster than waiting 21 days?
