The money in my account is on hold and has been for a while it is money from Depop and both buyers have confirmed they have received their order so I must receive my money

Claimed funds but money is not in my account nor in pending activity

Received funds from a friend. Got email notification to claim funds. I've one ahead and claimed them which said they were now in my account. My account does not show the funds nor the transaction in activity/pending. Anything I am doing wrong here?
