Shipped label off of SUmmary Page on eBay - Doesn't show up on Paypal Page

I use Shipping Manager on eBay to Print shipping labels...easy going there but when I view my account on Paypal - the Order Status still shows it not being shipped. Why aren't these tied together??

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
