I shipped item to person and address given in order details at sale 260916915143 on Jan, 5. This was the wrong person (same name) and address so buyer did not receive item. Now ebay and Paypal have correct address. Fedex confirmed delivery to the address given me at sale which was a vacant house and I cannot retreive item. I am shipping duplicate to buyer. Am I covered under seller protection on this? I am out 119.95 and this was not my fault. Please help.
