Hey Andy,  There is a glitch betwix PP and Ebay.  Seller on my last Ebay purchase refunded  my money 2 times thereby making it impossible to file a claim against him at Ebay.  Ebay checks with PP - sees the money in my account not in sellers and I can't file.  This means, as a seller,  anytime bidding isn't  high enough to suit me all I have to do is refund payment and EBAY/PAY PAL CANNOT/WILLNOT DO A THING.

The seller claims he broke some of the dishes.  I told them to send me all the unbroken dishes anyhow and I sent him the $111.50 + $45.00 shipping A SECOND TIME.  When I heard nothing back, when they did not respond to phone calls or emails I began to think he just wanted out of the deal.  Began to think they hadn't really broken anything - they just hoped to get more money for the set.

NOT SHIPPING WHEN AUCTION FAIRLY WON AND PAID FOR IS NOT LEGAL.  WILL SOMEONE PLEASE TELL

THE BRUNOS THAT IF THEY DO NOT SHIP MY DISHES THEY WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM EBAY.

Thank you,

Well, If someone rips me off $100, ID GET MY MONEY BACK. People like me, working at the waffle house + selling on ioffer/ebay to make a living with 2 children can't afford to just "be out".  If he has listed a expensive guitar, AND STILL NOT RESPONDED, it's Quiet obvious he has NO INTENTION on paying you back nor sending the dishes. Since my advice was trampled on, I guess it's what you feel in your heart and mind to pursue to get your money back or "let go, and take it as a lesson learned". I hate this has happened though, I wish I had a better answer.

There was never a problem getting money back.  I didn't want money.  I wanted dishes.  Oh and someone thought

seller was attached to dishes but they had just purchased them at an auction FOR resale on Ebay. Wife, did consider keeping them for a sec tho.

To answer your question liz - I just sent him another note yesterday telling him I still wanted the dishes.( I'm wondering how often this guy checks his email)  At this point I would like to post feedback and forget the whole ordeal but what to say in feedback.  Feel obligated to warn other buyers that there could be a problem with this seller yet, to  give him a negative which may cause his suspension ........  Esp now when he has a J Juros guitar up and bidding is up over $500.00. Come to think of it as much grief as  he has  caused me maybe I should zap him now!  No.  Not the Christian thing to do.

What would you do re: feedback Liz?

Dear Liz,

Thank you so much for the information.  I'd hate to resort to the FBI but I just might.  Tho they might laugh at someone  being so upset over a set of dishes.  Some people just dont get it about setting a beautiful table.

I already Googled him.  He must have moved since signing up with Ebay as they show him in another city but still in the Pitt area.

Thanks again,

St Bayou
