I sent him a note congratulating him on his Jaros guitar auction.  He got over $1,100.00.  He had a reserve on that auction. Imagine if I had posted negative feedback on him while this auction was running.  Bidding stalled at $800.00.  Spoke to Ebay today and they assured me that they are looking into my case. It's been a week though since I got someone to wirte a report. Can't do it through normal means due to  money being refunded. Legal needs to fix this.  It's a heck of a loophole.     ... View more

There was never a problem getting money back.  I didn't want money.  I wanted dishes.  Oh and someone thought seller was attached to dishes but they had just purchased them at an auction FOR resale on Ebay. Wife, did consider keeping them for a sec tho.   To answer your question liz - I just sent him another note yesterday telling him I still wanted the dishes.( I'm wondering how often this guy checks his email)  At this point I would like to post feedback and forget the whole ordeal but what to say in feedback.  Feel obligated to warn other buyers that there could be a problem with this seller yet, to  give him a negative which may cause his suspension ........  Esp now when he has a J Juros guitar up and bidding is up over $500.00. You misunderstand.  I told them I would buy all the unbroken dishes anyhow and then sent the payment the second time. I thought they would be pleased that I was willing to make the deal dispite the loss of some of the dishes.  Most sellers would don't you think? ... View more

Small wonder you didn't understand my question.  "how do I SUE them?"  I should have typed "how do I USE them"   Just below the box we type our messages in is the word "Attachments" and below that is a box labled Tags (optional). Did you miss the part where I wanted all the unbroken dishes anyhow and re-sent the full amount of money?    Now if  you were the seller wouldn't you be delighted with an offer like that?  No my friend.
