I know i'm stupid, i guess i was too naive, and i know it's bit late, but i ordered an item from ebay and i didn't received it until now... i didn't know about 45days limit to open a case and i found out about it after 46days... I contacted the seller but they said they sent it and i thought it would take very long time, because it was coming from China. but later they didn't respond me and the tracking number wasn't still working. i can't open up any case for this and paypal says my transaction is already complete... i have no idea on what to do...

You received the item. You can't file a claim stating that you did not receive it since you admit that you have. Unless its "damaged" or "not as described" than i don't see any reason why you should get your money back.

no, you misunderstood me. I didn't get the item. until now...

I do not have it with me but  i can't open a file because the 45days already passed.

And the seller's not responding me.

So I was wondering is there any way i can do something to get at least my money back.

I understand what you are saying. You still cannot file a claim stating that you did not receive an item that you did in fact receive. I understand you arent happy with the time it took to receive it but was there anything stating how long it would take for your order to arrive?

If the items description claims it would take 2 weeks and instead it took 46 days then maybe you could claim that it was not as described. If this is the case, i would call Paypal directly and ask if there is anything you can do about it.

Is there any way you can check the tracking and see when the package was actually shipped? It would not be the sellers fault If it was sent out in a reasonable amount of time but was lost somewhere along the way.

You got what you bought so I don't think getting your money back is entirely fair. But if it was the sellers fault it took so long then maybe you can request a future discount or a portion of the cost to be refunded.

Did you leave appropriate feedback at the venue you made the purchase?
