and to SirTinLee your advice would be great if ebay allowed us to have access to a seller's email or paypal address so we would have a paypal address to send it to HOWEVER because of their constant attention to people possibly trying to get around fees we have no way of having an address to even send payment to THEREFORE you instructions are not going to help at all. Unless you know of some way to get a sellers paypal address to make payment. Ebay even has them deleted if you try to send in an ebay message to the seller when paypal cant process payments. this is the same exact thing that happened a few months ago which is why some of the sellers I purchased from don't use paypal now they prefer moneybookers, propay.
I don't have an issue with paypal or EBaay except when buyers and sellers lose items because they can't pay or get negative feedback over something they had no control over like the guy who is going to relist the item I won even though I told him there is a good chance he'll pay double Ebay fees as well as end up with another GOOD buyer who CAN'T pay not doesn't want to pay. As a seller paypal takes a percentage to process a payment and I think it is very sad that they can't even do the simple job of processing a payment but the worst thing of all is telling people THERE IS NO PROBLEM that you are aware of or there is an easy fix. So for days I have tried everything to make a payment all the while being told there is no problems but I could pull out of my email this exact problem from not too long ago with the standard try this, try this, oh I'm sorry, contact ebay who says contact paypal whos says just pay directly to a seller when Paypal should know since they are owned by ebay that we have no way of getting a sellers email address.
FRUSTRATION for those of us who have gone through this for YEARS now but its still very confusing and scary for newbies...once again I have a buyer who has 51 transactions thinking I am a dead beat bidder and it sure **bleep**.
