I'm having the same issue right now. I know the money is in my account. It says: 'We were not able to process your payment. Please check out again and try and different credit card or bank account for your PayPal payment. <If you're still having problems contact PayPal customer support.' I've tried checking out again several time and it keeps saying the same thing. I've tried it using my PayPal account and I've also tried it as a guest but still neither will work. I've never had problems checking out in the past. I need help.
