I'm confused. I have a paypal account (duh) verified with my checking account. All eBay purchases I've used my paypal account. The way I understand it, the money is instantly transfered from my account directly to paypal, which in turn goes to the seller's account. Right?
So then why is this seller telling me he doesn't accept checks? I never sent him a check, electronic or real. If he doesn't have a paypal account, then why would he allow paypal payments through eBay? i checked his feedback, and the number reflects that he's NOT an eBay noob.
Can someone help?
