Seller cannot recieve money

My item sold on ebay, and paypal is saying seller cannot recieve money help please

A couple options...

1)  Login to your PayPal account to see if there is an issue with your PayPal account. 

2)  Call PayPal... click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any PayPal page and select the "Call Us" option to obtain a Web PIN number and the PayPal phone number for your account.
