I am trying to make payment on items purchased on eBay. I confirm the purchase and it says purchase completed for $$payments amount$$. I never get a confirmation email and it says I still have not paid for the items. My accounts are all verified, my card has been used multiple times on the site, even on the same day. I now have sellers that are almost 3 days without payment and I am getting frustrated. Nobody in eBay or PayPal knows how to resolve this.
